Nanny and Me Mobility Session

     25th July 2020. 9:30am - 10:30am

Do you listen to what your body tells you after years and years of domestic labour? The aches in your back, the tension in your neck? It’s important we all take care of ourselves during this lockdown period, both mentally and physically. Domestic work takes a huge toll on the physical body and if not taken care of this can lead to greater health complications down the road. That’s why we're proud to announce that we're partnering with @itskyfitnesss to bring you a special mobility fitness session on Zoom. Bring yourself and your domestic worker for a fun session of stretching and mobility exercises to loosen up your muscles and relieve tension with Here to Help and Ky.
The session is free of charge and particularly intended for mothers and domestic workers who care for children and rarely get the chance to attend to their own health and fitness concerns.

As part of the initiative we partnered with @Awele_O founder of the @theartroomng to give a 10% discount on sessions if the attendee donated a book the us

How does it work? Come down to our collection point to pick up a free book for your domestic worker or to donate a free book which will be given to a domestic worker. Send us an email or DM for collection point
